Idaho Fish and Game to Host Trapper Education Classes This Fall

LEWISTON, Idaho — Idaho Fish and Game is preparing to offer a series of trapper education classes in the Clearwater region this fall. The initiative includes two general trapper education courses and two specialized wolf trapper education sessions, aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of both novice and experienced trappers.

These classes are designed to cover essential topics such as trapping techniques, safety measures, and wildlife management practices. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from experienced instructors who will provide valuable insights into ethical trapping practices and local regulations.

The courses are particularly timely, as they align with the upcoming trapping season, allowing participants to gain practical skills that they can apply immediately. Idaho Fish and Game encourages anyone interested in trapping, whether for recreation or wildlife management, to take advantage of this educational opportunity. Registration details and class schedules will be available through local Fish and Game offices.
