Protesters Rally in DeKalb Against Government Attacks on Workers’ Rights and Education

Workers’ rights, immigration issues, and the autonomy of higher education were at the forefront of a passionate protest held Saturday in DeKalb. Demonstrators gathered to voice their concerns over what they described as ongoing assaults by the Trump administration on essential labor rights and educational freedoms.
The large crowd, united in their cause, called for heightened advocacy and “unrelenting” pressure on legislators to safeguard the rights of workers and protect educational institutions from government interference.
